Encourage the budding artist in your child!
Students have the freedom to initiate project ideas, from drawing, painting, and sculpture – and therefore will enjoy the entire process, from concept to a completed work of art. (Projects typically take 6-8 sessions to complete.) This teaching method builds skills while keeping the student motivated. Class size is limited to ensure individual guidance.
Depending on what the student wants to focus on, he/she will learn:
- how to take an idea and develop it into a finished work of art
- how to paint still life, animals, and landscapes
- how to transfer a drawing to canvas
- how to draw complex subjects, such as animals, people, buildings, etc.
- how to incorporate mixed media into acrylic painting
- sculpting with clay (coil / slab methods)
- sculpting with papier mache`
- and more!
Classes are ongoing, which allows students to work at their own level and pace.
Wednesdays, 4:00 – 6:00
Thursdays, 4:00 – 6:00
Saturdays, 1:00 – 3:00
FEE: $179 – 4 SESSIONS
(Students may re-register indefinitely at the end of each term.)

NOTE: I ask to meet potential students prior to registration, to assess their skill level, give a little tour of the studio, and to see if we’re a good fit. I find this is beneficial for both parties. Please contact me to set up a time to meet!
“No Shows” are not refunded, credited, or carried forward to another session. Please contact me if you cannot attend your scheduled session at least 1 hour prior to class time. This program requires a minimum number of registrants to run. Read Terms & Conditions
