Art Portfolio Program

Designed to meet University Portfolio Submission Guidelines!

This program runs September through June and is structured so that students can create the required submission material, from artwork to documentation, so students will feel confident during the submission process. Universities typically want to see 10+ strong pieces along with documentation, including artist statement, process photos, etc. It may take longer than this 10-month term to complete the required number of pieces as this is subject to each individual’s work process and the techniques required for the pieces they choose to create. Individuals who cannot complete their visual arts portfolio during this term are encouraged to register the following year to complete their portfolio.

IMPORTANT: Students must have intermediate to advance drawing/painting skills to register for this program. Drawing/painting instruction is not provided. If you want to learn techniques and build skills in drawing and painting, you may register for weekly lessons. Art supplies are not provided. Students are required to bring their own art supplies.
